Partnership Overview

This Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Nyata Ltd ("Nyata AI", "Platform", "we") and you (the "Partner", "Barber") upon your application approval.

This Agreement outlines the mutual expectations, benefits, and obligations of partnering with Nyata AI to provide barbering services to customers through our AI-powered booking platform.

How It Works

Step 1: Customer Discovery

Customers discover your barbershop through:

  • Nyata AI's conversational interface
  • Location-based search in Bristol
  • Specialty and style matching
  • Reviews and ratings

Step 2: Booking Process

  1. Customer selects your barbershop
  2. Chooses available time slot from your schedule
  3. Booking confirmed instantly
  4. You receive notification (email/SMS)
  5. Customer receives confirmation with details

Step 3: Service Delivery

  • Customer arrives at scheduled time
  • You provide the service as agreed
  • Customer pays you directly (App Price)
  • Booking fee charged separately to customer

Step 4: Post-Service

  • Customer can leave a review and rating
  • Reviews appear on your profile
  • Builds your reputation for future bookings

Payment Example

Scenario: Customer books through Nyata AI

  • Your App Price: £17.00
  • Platform Booking Fee: £1.99
  • Customer pays total: £18.99
  • You receive: £17.00 (cash/card from customer)
  • Nyata AI receives: £1.99 (charged separately)

Result: Customer saves £2.01 compared to £20 shop price, you get a booking with minimal discount!

Payment Collection

  • You collect payment directly from customers at time of service
  • Accept payments via: Cash, Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay (as specified in your profile)
  • The £1.99 booking fee is charged separately by Nyata AI to the customer
  • You keep 100% of your App Price - no commission to Nyata AI

Pricing Changes

  • You can request price changes through your dashboard
  • Changes require 7 days notice
  • Subject to Platform approval
  • App Price must always be lower than Shop Price

Your Responsibilities

Core Obligations

Professional Service

  • Provide high-quality barbering services consistently
  • Maintain clean, hygienic, and safe premises
  • Use professional-grade tools and products
  • Treat all customers with respect and courtesy
  • Honor the service descriptions listed on your profile

Schedule Management

  • Keep your availability schedule accurate and current
  • Update your schedule at least 24 hours in advance of changes
  • Honor all confirmed bookings
  • Arrive on time and be ready to serve customers
  • Allow 15-minute grace period for late customers

Communication

  • Respond to booking confirmations within 2 hours (business hours)
  • Notify customers immediately of any delays or issues
  • Keep contact information current in your profile
  • Communicate professionally at all times

Legal Compliance

  • Maintain all required business licenses and permits
  • Hold valid public liability insurance (recommended minimum £1M)
  • Comply with UK health and safety regulations
  • Follow data protection laws (GDPR)
  • Pay all applicable taxes

Service Standards

  • Cleanliness: Tools sanitized between customers, clean work area
  • Professionalism: Courteous, respectful, professional appearance
  • Skill: Competent execution of requested styles and services
  • Time: Services completed within reasonable timeframe
  • Consultation: Understand customer needs before starting

Customer Experience

  • Welcome customers warmly upon arrival
  • Confirm booking details before starting
  • Provide honest advice and recommendations
  • Deliver service as described and agreed
  • Handle complaints professionally and fairly

Performance Metrics

To maintain partnership status, aim for:

  • Rating: Maintain average rating of 4.0+ stars
  • Cancellation Rate: Less than 10% of bookings
  • No-Show Rate: Less than 5% of bookings
  • Response Time: Within 2 hours during business hours
  • Completion Rate: 90%+ of confirmed bookings

Performance Review

Nyata AI monitors partner performance. Consistent failure to meet standards may result in:

  • Warning and improvement plan
  • Temporary suspension from Platform
  • Termination of partnership

Partnership Term & Termination

Term

This Partnership Agreement:

  • Begins upon approval of your application
  • Continues indefinitely until terminated by either party
  • Subject to annual review by Nyata AI

Termination by You

You may end the partnership at any time by:

  • Providing 14 days written notice
  • Completing all confirmed bookings or compensating customers
  • No penalties or exit fees

Termination by Nyata AI

We may terminate the partnership for:

  • Breach of this Agreement or Terms of Service
  • Consistent poor performance or negative reviews
  • Fraudulent or unethical behavior
  • Loss of required licenses or insurance
  • Platform closure or business changes

Effects of Termination

  • Profile removed from Platform within 48 hours
  • No new bookings accepted
  • Existing bookings must be fulfilled
  • Access to dashboard for 30 days (view-only)
  • Reviews remain visible for transparency

Intellectual Property

Nyata AI Property

  • Nyata AI logo, name, and branding remain our property
  • You may display "Partner with Nyata AI" badge in shop
  • Platform technology and software are proprietary

Your Property

  • Your business name, logo, and content remain your property
  • You grant Nyata AI license to display your info on Platform
  • You can request removal of content after termination

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to:

  • Keep confidential information private
  • Use information only for partnership purposes
  • Protect customer data according to UK GDPR
  • Not disclose sensitive business information

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by:

  • Laws of England and Wales
  • Disputes resolved in Bristol courts
  • Mediation encouraged before litigation

Agreement Acceptance

By checking the "I agree to the Partner Agreement" box during your application, you acknowledge that:
