Nyata AI Partner Program - Please read carefully

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application to become a Partner Barber with Nyata AI ("Platform", "we", "us"), you ("Partner", "you", "Barber") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nyata Ltd.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit an application or use our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to Nyata AI, including the website (nyataai.co.uk), mobile applications, and all related services.
  • "Partner" or "Partner Barber" refers to barbershops and individual barbers who register with Nyata AI to offer services to customers.
  • "Customer" refers to individuals who book barbering services through the Platform.
  • "Booking" refers to an appointment made by a Customer for barbering services through the Platform.
  • "App Price" refers to the discounted price offered to Customers booking through the Platform.
  • "Shop Price" refers to the regular walk-in price at your barbershop.
  • "Booking Fee" refers to the £1.99 service fee charged to Customers by Nyata AI for each booking.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To become a Partner Barber, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Operate a legitimate barbering business in Bristol, UK
  • Hold all necessary licenses and permits required to operate a barbershop in your area
  • Have valid business insurance (public liability recommended)
  • Comply with all UK health and safety regulations
  • Have a physical barbershop location in Bristol
  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your application

Important

Nyata AI reserves the right to verify all information provided and may request additional documentation before approval.

4. Application & Approval Process

4.1 Application Submission

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the application process, including:

  • Personal and business contact information
  • Physical business address
  • Services offered and specialties
  • Pricing structure
  • Availability schedule

4.2 Review Process

Nyata AI will review your application within 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject any application at our sole discretion
  • Request additional information or documentation
  • Conduct background checks or verification processes
  • Require in-person visits or inspections of your premises

4.3 Approval

Upon approval, you will receive confirmation via email and your barbershop will be listed on the Platform. This does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings.

5. Services Provided by Nyata AI

As a Partner, you will receive:

  • Platform Listing: Your barbershop profile displayed to thousands of potential customers
  • AI-Powered Booking System: Customers can book appointments through our AI assistant
  • Booking Management Dashboard: Tools to manage your schedule and bookings
  • Customer Reviews & Ratings: Build your reputation through verified customer feedback
  • Marketing Exposure: Promotion through our platform and channels
  • Payment Processing: Secure handling of booking confirmations
  • Customer Support: Our team assists with booking-related inquiries

Important Note

Nyata AI acts as a booking platform only. We do not employ barbers, provide barbering services, or guarantee service quality. You remain an independent business operator.

6. Partner Obligations

6.1 Service Quality

You agree to:

  • Provide professional, high-quality barbering services
  • Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic premises
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Treat all customers with respect and professionalism
  • Honor the services and pricing advertised on the Platform

6.2 Schedule Management

You agree to:

  • Keep your availability schedule accurate and up-to-date
  • Honor all confirmed bookings made through the Platform
  • Provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to close or change your schedule
  • Not double-book appointments

6.3 Communication

You agree to:

  • Respond to booking confirmations within 2 hours (during business hours)
  • Communicate professionally with customers
  • Notify customers of any delays or issues promptly
  • Keep your contact information current

6.4 Compliance

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations
  • Maintain all required business licenses and insurance
  • Not discriminate against any customer based on protected characteristics
  • Report any safety incidents or concerns immediately

7. Pricing & Payments

7.1 Pricing Structure

  • Shop Price: Your regular walk-in price for services
  • App Price: Your discounted price for Platform bookings (must be lower than Shop Price)
  • Booking Fee: £1.99 charged to customers per booking by Nyata AI

Pricing Example

Your Shop Price: £20.00
Your App Price: £17.00
Customer Pays Total: £17.00 + £1.99 = £18.99
You Receive: £17.00 (cash/card at appointment)
Nyata AI Receives: £1.99 (charged separately to customer)

7.2 Payment Terms

  • Customers pay you directly (App Price) at the time of service
  • Nyata AI charges the Booking Fee (£1.99) separately to customers
  • You set your own App Price, but it must be lower than your Shop Price
  • Price changes require 7 days notice and Platform approval

7.3 What You Keep

You receive 100% of your App Price from the customer. Nyata AI only takes the £1.99 booking fee, which is charged directly to the customer.

8. Booking Management

8.1 Booking Confirmations

  • You will receive instant notification of new bookings via email/SMS
  • You must confirm or reject bookings within 2 hours during business hours
  • Confirmed bookings are binding commitments

8.2 Walk-in Customers

You may continue to accept walk-in customers at your Shop Price. Platform bookings should be honored as scheduled appointments.

9. Cancellation & No-Shows

9.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel up to 2 hours before appointment at no charge
  • Cancellations within 2 hours may result in fees (at your discretion)
  • You will be notified immediately of cancellations

9.2 Cancellation by Partner

  • Emergency cancellations: Notify Platform and customer immediately
  • Excessive cancellations (>10% of bookings) may result in suspension
  • Planned closures require 24 hours notice

9.3 No-Shows

  • If a customer doesn't arrive within 15 minutes, mark as "no-show"
  • Repeated no-shows from customers will be addressed by Nyata AI
  • You are not required to serve customers who are excessively late

10. Reviews & Ratings

10.1 Customer Reviews

  • Customers can leave reviews and ratings after appointments
  • Reviews are published on your profile
  • Only verified customers who completed appointments can review
  • You may respond to reviews professionally

10.2 Review Guidelines

  • You may not offer incentives for positive reviews
  • You may not ask customers to remove negative reviews
  • Fake or manipulated reviews will result in suspension
  • Inappropriate reviews can be reported to Nyata AI

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by Partner

You may terminate this agreement at any time by:

  • Providing 14 days written notice to Nyata AI
  • Fulfilling all existing bookings or compensating customers
  • Your profile will be removed from the Platform

11.2 Termination by Nyata AI

We may suspend or terminate your partnership immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Receive excessive negative reviews or complaints
  • Engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior
  • Fail to maintain required licenses or insurance
  • Consistently cancel or miss appointments
  • Provide false information

11.3 Effects of Termination

  • Your profile will be removed from the Platform
  • You must fulfill any existing bookings
  • Customer reviews remain visible for transparency
  • You may reapply after 6 months (subject to approval)

12. Liability & Disputes

12.1 Independent Contractor

You acknowledge that you are an independent business operator, not an employee or agent of Nyata AI. You are responsible for:

  • Your own taxes and business expenses
  • Obtaining and maintaining business insurance
  • Compliance with all employment laws for your staff
  • All aspects of service delivery

12.2 Limitation of Liability

Nyata AI is not liable for:

  • The quality of services you provide
  • Injuries or damages occurring at your premises
  • Disputes between you and customers
  • Lost income or business interruption
  • Technical issues or Platform downtime

12.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nyata AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your provision of services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or regulations
  • Injuries or damages at your premises

12.4 Dispute Resolution

  • Partner-customer disputes should be resolved directly when possible
  • Nyata AI may mediate disputes but is not obligated to
  • Serious disputes may be resolved through UK arbitration or courts

13. Data Protection

13.1 Customer Data

You will receive customer booking information (name, phone, booking details). You agree to:

  • Use customer data only for providing booked services
  • Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
  • Comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
  • Not share or sell customer data to third parties
  • Not use customer data for marketing without consent

13.2 Your Data

Nyata AI collects and processes your business information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use your data for:

  • Platform operations and improvements
  • Marketing and promotion of the Platform
  • Compliance and legal requirements
  • Analytics and performance tracking

14. Modifications to Terms

Nyata AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will:

  • Provide 30 days notice of material changes via email
  • Post updated Terms on the Platform
  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms. If you don't agree, you may terminate the partnership.

By checking the "I agree" box during application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
